I have lived at CVT for 4 years now and just love the chill atmosphere and kind neighbors. The staff has been wonderful ... to work with and always caring for their resident needs. They have community events often so there is a real sense of community here. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a new place to call home. I have had the best experience with every step of finding my new home, to the management team interactions and maintenance ... team. Everyone here has been such a pleasure to work with. I have been here 6 months now and have no complaints. You will love living here. The location is perfect ...a quick walk to all downtown. Dog park across the street too. Love the location and the amenities.
I wanted a downtown location and this place has a great one, walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and a good market. ... It still manages to be fairly quiet at night, since there are no nightclubs that border the building. The property's amenities are good too--I use the workout center often. I do wish my parking spot in the garage was not so far from the elevators, as it's hard to lug stuff so far when I have an arm full...but I guess you can't have it all. This community is in a great location and for the price you can't beat it. I will say that I've been a bit underwhelmed with ... the responsiveness of the maintenance team. I had an issue that took a couple days to get addressed and wasn't fixed properly the first time.
